YOU MAY NOT TAKE AN ONLINE COURSE WITHOUT A WAIVER. Read below for more information on how to acquire a waiver.

Online Class: the listed course fee covers the 2 day, 4 hour class (8 hours total combined over 2 days). This class is with an instructor and other students through Zoom. ADOT has a one time waiver that is required to take this class. The waiver is required to be submitted to us prior to class. Cre8ive Werks is not responsible for any denied waiver applications. Please see below for more information. 
Upon completion of your course, we will provide you with a copy of your electronic certificate of completion. Your certificate is electronically submitted to ADOT only.

Zoom links will typically be sent out as early as 1 day prior to your scheduled virtual event, and up to 4 hours before your scheduled event.
If you do not receive a Zoom link in your email, please check your Junk Box. If you still do not have a Zoom Link, Contact Us immediately.

Allow ample time for delivery. Cre8ive Werks is not responsible for delayed shipping due to any FedEx delays. 

If your workbook is experiencing a delay with delivery, please Contact Us, so we can help you re-schedule your course to another day.
If your package is lost, or arrives damaged, please Contact Us immediately. We will send you a new book and re-schedule your course to another day.

In your request for a waiver, you must demonstrate that completing the traffic survival course in person would impose a substantial burden to you per Title 28-3413. Your request must also include your full name, date of birth and traffic survival case number or withdrawal number.

If your waiver is approved, you will be provided with additional instructions on how to register for a virtual traffic survival course with a licensed TSS provider.

Typical reasons for a waiver: live out of state, no transportation, license suspension, caregiver, medical reason and etc. It can take up to five business days to obtain a waiver so please allow ample time. The virtual class is held through Zoom. You are required to have a computer, tablet or smartphone with a camera and microphone, and a reliable internet connection.
